No refunds on customized items please proof read your order. We will send a proof before printing.
All requests for replacements or reports of damaged items must be reported within 3 business days. Before an item is returned, we ask for clear pictures showing the reason for your request. No returns without prior approval. If the package is damaged, contact your carrier. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
PRINTING
NO Resale of Digital Files
Our digital files are not to be shared or sold. They are for your use only. You may use them on apparel that you print or embroider and sell.
No Trademarked items will be printed
We will not print items that are trademarked without a written release from the owner of the artwork.
