Yes you can!  We are happy to help you make your ideas come to life.  There is a $25 design fee for artwork that is not ready.  We can make a digital file for you, a transfer that you can apply at home, or we can print on an item for you.  Please email us for more information on custom design work. countrychick99945@gmail.com

We reserve the right to refuse to print or design items that are offensive or harmful to others.  We refuse to create designs using trademarked logos and images, including those of professional photographers,  without written permission from the artist/owner.

Yes!  On orders over $80, we offer free shipping.

At this time we only ship within the USA.  



Returns & Exchanges

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

We don't accept returns without prior approval.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
All requests for replacements or reports of damaged items must be reported within 3 business days. Before an item is returned, we ask for clear pictures showing the reason for your request. No returns without prior approval. If the package is damaged, contact your carrier. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Resale of Digital Files

Our digital files are not to be shared or sold. They are for your use only. You may use them on apparel that you print or embroider and sell. You may add them with at least 3 other elements to make your own designs and sell.
