2. Products & Custom Orders
All our products are made-to-order and customized based on your selections. It is your responsibility to double-check sizes, colors, and personalization details before placing your order. Because many items are personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within the time stated on the product page. Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or external carrier issues. Country Chick Design is not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our studio.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, graphics, product images, and content on this site are the property of Country Chick Design unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. User-Submitted Content
When submitting custom designs, artwork, names, or messages, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all content provided. Country Chick Design is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements related to user-submitted content.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure accurate product descriptions and smooth operations, but we can't guarantee our site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We’re not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website or any products purchased.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:
The item is defective or damaged
We sent the wrong item
What qualifies for a replacement?
Item arrives broken or damaged
Wrong product or size was sent
What does not qualify?
You chose the wrong size, color, or spelling
General change of mind
What to do if there’s a problem:

Terms & Conditions
We do not accept returns on items due to the nature of them being customized. However, if an item is defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. We will do all we can to make things right. Occasionally a flaw in an item slips past us. We inspect each item when it arrives in our shop, before production, and again before it leaves.
