Can I have a custom design created?

 Yes you can!  We are happy to help you make your ideas come to life.  There is a $25 design fee for artwork that is not ready.  We can make a digital file for you, a transfer that you can apply at home, or we can print on an item for you.  Please email us for more information on custom design work.

What will you not create?

We reserve the right to refuse to print or design items that are offensive or harmful to others.  We refuse to create designs using trademarked logos and images, including those of professional photographers,  without written permission from the artist/owner.   

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

We don't accept returns

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

All request for replaced or to report damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.  If the package is damaged, contact your carrier.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Before an item is returned, we ask for clear pictures showing the reason for your request.  No returns without prior approval.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!  On orders over $80, we offer free shipping.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

At this time we only ship within the USA.  

Our digital files are not to be shared or sold.  They are for your use only.  You may use them on apparel that you print or embroider and sell. You may add to them with at least 3 other elements to make your own designs and sell.
